Hesperia will continue to meet strong tenant demand for purpose-built industrial facilities throughout Hazelmere by activating an additional 20 hectares of industrial land, bringing the value of Hesperia’s Hazelmere portfolio to more than $550 million.

Hesperia is pleased to announce the completion and opening of two industrial facilities in late 2025, strengthening Western Australia’s temperature-controlled and cold-chain logistics capacity. The new Toll Healthcare and Lindsay Transport warehouses strengthen the state’s growing logistics corridor and support long-term operational efficiency.

Hesperia’s first completed development at Hazelmere Interchange, 140 & 160 Adelaide Street (formerly 71 Stirling Crescent), has been awarded Western Australia’s first 5 Star Green Star 'Buildings' certification under the new Green Star Rating Tool.

Hazelmere Interchange has been recently awarded a Waterwise Development Gold Endorsement, building on the 6Leaf EnviroDevelopment Certification achieved last year.

Construction has officially commenced on two separate facilities at Hazelmere Interchange, set to accommodate major tenants Weir and Lindsay Transport.

The demand for industrial property in Western Australia shows no signs of slowing, with limited supply driving intense market interest. In response to the critical shortage of industrial land, recent planning reforms by the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) and the WA Government have been praised by industry leaders for unlocking essential supply and streamlining development processes. Key changes include simplified procedures, new development pathways, enhanced digital tools, and improved decision-making through dedicated Development Assessment Panels.

In collaboration with tenant Silk Contract Logistics, Hesperia has successfully achieved Western Australia’s second 6 Star Green Star (Design & As-Built) industrial facility at 106 Logistics Boulevard in Kenwick, within the Roe Highway Logistics Park. This facility is one of only a few in Australia to achieve this prestigious sustainability certification. Spanning 24,000sqm, the $40m Silk K2 facility includes a 700sqm two-storey office, two 100sqm dock offices, a 3,250sqm super canopy, and a 7,350sqm container-rated hardstand.

The Kenwick Intermodal Terminal was officially opened this week, marking a significant step towards more efficient and sustainable operation of Perth’s freight and logistics network.
