The 75-hectare, multi-award-winning Roe Highway Logistics Park (ROE) is Perth’s largest premium industrial estate and Western Australia’s first rail-side logistics hub.

Located in Kenwick with direct access to the Kenwick Rail Freight Facility and major arterial routes, ROE is home to leading national and global businesses, including Mainfreight, Silk Logistics, JB Hi-Fi, Sandvik, CHEP, Northline and KTrans, reinforcing its role as a key logistics gateway for Perth.

At the forefront of sustainable industrial development, ROE is designed to achieve carbon neutrality through significant investment in low-carbon technologies, including a 40% reduction in concrete carbon emissions following 18 months of research and development. Estate-wide initiatives such as water recycling, advanced stormwater management, solar generation, energy-efficient materials and biodiversity enhancement are supported by a comprehensive conservation strategy developed with local, State and Federal stakeholders. As the CEFC’s first direct property-sector investment, the $95 million contribution further advances low-carbon materials and renewable energy, while flexible lot sizes, high-quality amenities and exceptional connectivity position ROE as Western Australia’s benchmark sustainable industrial estate. Hesperia has retained ownership of six rail-sided facilities within ROE.

Hesperia worked with Boral to introduce a concrete with reduced embodied carbon emissions. As of September 2022, 9,481m3 of ENVISIA® low-carbon concrete has been poured, reducing carbon emissions by 40%.
