Two New Facilities Open at Hazelmere Interchange

Toll’s New Temperature-Controlled Facility

Toll has opened a purpose-built 5,520sqm warehouse with a 281sqm office, designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating. The facility includes a temperature-controlled main warehouse (15–25°C), a 550sqm cool room (2–8°C), and a high-performance BMS with comprehensive TGA-compliant monitoring.

It will support the warehousing and distribution of medical supplies, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines and antivenoms across our state.

Lindsay Transport Opens Second WA Facility

Lindsay Transport has opened its new 6,035sqm cold-storage warehouse at 395 Stirling Crescent, the company’s second Western Australian site. Delivered by Shelford Constructions on a 3.4-hectare landholding, the facility includes efficient operational layouts and a designated area for future expansion.

The opening was celebrated with an on-site ceremony on 19 November, attended by project partners and stakeholders.

A key feature of the development has been the planting of over 250 mostly native Australian trees on site, including Coral Gums, Narrow-Leaf Paperbarks and Little Ghost Gums.
