Tonkin West Industrial Estate is a 15 ha industrial estate in the well-established Forrestfield industrial area, adjacent to key road networks and regional access routes.
The project was exceptionally well received, with all 15 lots selling out in less than two years. Occupiers benefit from seamless connectivity, with direct access to the Tonkin Highway via Armadale Road and immediate links to Roe Highway and the Kwinana Freeway. This ensures efficient movement of goods, rapid access to other industrial hubs, and convenient connections to both Perth and Jandakot Airports.
The project was undertaken between 2022 and 2024, delivering 15 lots ranging in size from 2,450 sqm to more than 3 hectares. The variety of lot sizes proved well suited to market demand, and the landholdings have subsequently been built out by purchasers across a range of industrial and commercial uses.

In collaboration with tenant Silk Contract Logistics, Hesperia has successfully achieved Western Australia’s second 6 Star Green Star (Design & As-Built) industrial facility at 106 Logistics Boulevard in Kenwick, within the Roe Highway Logistics Park. This facility is one of only a few in Australia to achieve this prestigious sustainability certification. Spanning 24,000sqm, the $40m Silk K2 facility includes a 700sqm two-storey office, two 100sqm dock offices, a 3,250sqm super canopy, and a 7,350sqm container-rated hardstand.
