Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation
The WA Children’s Hospice (Sandcastles, Boodja Mia), developed by the Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation, is located in Swanbourne and will provide a safe and new facility for terminally ill children and their families.
Hesperia has been involved in this project since 2021, which will deliver a seven-bed facility providing respite and care for WA’s most vulnerable children and their families.
Hesperia is proud to serve as Principal and Development Manager, overseeing the design, development and delivery on a 100% pro bono basis. Construction commenced in November 2024, with practical completion anticipated in late-2026.

Murdoch Square Achieves 5 Star Green Star As Built Rating
