A renewable focus throughout the project will be reinforced by its EnviroDevelopment 6 Leaf accreditation – an independent development assessment scheme that awards certification to projects that achieve outstanding sustainability performance across six areas: ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community. Rivermark has also been endorsed by Water Corporation as a Gold Waterwise Development, achieving great outcomes in water efficiency and natural storm water management.
