ROE stage four now released, final lots remaining

Hesperia is excited to release the fourth stage at its award-winning sustainable industrial estate, Roe Highway Logistic Park (ROE).

The success of ROE is evident with the expansion of Silk Contract Logistics into a new, custom 24,000sqm warehouse. Additionally, over half of the new stage four lots have been committed prior to construction commencing.

Other recent tenants to join ROE are Mainfreight, Total Tyres and RSEA, with tenants expected to move in throughout 2022 and 2023.

The final remaining facilities, two spec warehouses, are still available:

  • Warehouse D: Site area 18,685sqm, warehouse 8,800sqm, office 300sqm, 5-Star Green Star – due for completion June 2023
  • Warehouse F: Site area 22,146sqm, warehouse 13,395sqm, office 400sqm – due for completion March 2023

Hesperia Director, Judd Dyer, said “Companies are attracted to ROE due to its prime location and market-leading sustainability initiatives”.

“Our strong sustainability commitment across ROE matches our tenant’s approach to minimising their operations’ imprint on the environment. We are excited to be bringing two spec warehouses to the market and expect the Park to be fully committed in the coming months.”

The remaining lots will be constructed using low-carbon building materials to maintain Hesperia’s commitment to exploring avenues that reduce, capture or reverse carbon emissions.

ROE has received multiple awards for its sustainability initiatives, most recently receiving the 2022 UDIA National Environmental Excellence Award for its outstanding conservation and environmental sustainability response.
