Hesperia embarks on future development plans in Nedlands

Hesperia is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Hollywood Retirement Village and adjoining vacant land from Regis Healthcare Ltd.

The retirement village is partially occupied and is currently home to approximately 40 residents who will continue to occupy the villas if they wish to do so.

Hesperia Directors Kyle Jeavons and Rowan Clarke have led the transaction for Hesperia and have said while Hesperia assumes ownership of the site, the company has no immediate plans for redevelopment.

“We will look to embark on an extensive planning and design process to determine the best long-term uses for the site, considering the needs and aspirations of both the local community and the broader Perth area,” Rowan said.

Working with the City of Nedlands, Hesperia will carefully evaluate the co-location of medical and residential uses, seeking to optimise the site’s potential and provide valuable amenities for the community’s future.

Hesperia’s portfolio of residential and healthcare projects includes Victoria House in Shenton Park, Knutsford in Fremantle and Murdoch Square in Murdoch.
