Hesperia proudly supporting The Smith Family

Like The Smith Family, Hesperia believes education is one of the most powerful agents of change. As such, Hesperia are proud to announce a new partnership with The Smith Family and its core Learning for Life program, which aims to overcome educational inequality caused by intergenerational poverty.

The Smith Family support children at every step of their educational journey, from early childhood through to the completion of their school and tertiary studies. They also work closely with parents and carers, to help families play an active role in supporting their child’s education.

Hesperia is strongly committed to enabling positive social impact and wish to see stronger outcomes for West Australians’ including First Nations students; their families, and communities.

In 2024, Hesperia will sponsor 18 First Nations high school students across the City of Swan, and the wider Perth Metropolitan, through The Smith Family ‘Learning for Life’ program.

Each sponsorship provides students and families with a proven combination of financial, personal, and practical support, including access to essential educational resources and targeted learning programs, to ensure they remain engaged with, and advancing in their studies.

Hesperia are delighted to be joining forces with The Smith Family to help young West Australians learn today, so they can thrive in their tomorrows.
