Project Background

The new Victoria House will become the heart of Montario Quarter’s village precinct.

Victoria House will deliver a redefined approach to apartment living, with the residences centered around the original building.

The historic Victoria House will provide residents and the local community with amenities, including a lounge and BBQ alfresco, wine room, multi purpose workshop, meeting rooms and a produce garden.

This careful design builds a strong sense of place that remains sensitive to the surroundings.
