Following closure of the brewery in 2012 and after a highly competitive national sales campaign, Lion Group selected our team to undertake the redevelopment of the site in a joint venture with Lion.
Our flexible approach to development enabled Lion to relocate its business without disruption while also maximising returns from the redevelopment.
We managed all aspects of the development, including complex demolition and remediation, developing a subdivision plan, sales and marketing of the site, planning approvals, environmental and engineering approvals and delivery of the civil works.

Our diligent approach to the demolition and isolation activities meant that Lion was able to continue existing warehouse operations without disruption despite extensive demolition and civil works across the site.
A compressed timeframe was achieved by running earthworks and civil construction in parallel with the final phases of demolition, allowing completion of the first stage in under 12 months.
